      Diverse, friendly, welcoming. Really great people to work with. The Core Values are not just a statement, they are way of life here. I really appreciate being surrounded by fun, ethical, diverse, humble, hard-working people. Excellent company culture. Our CEO, Harold, is amazing. Management is very accommodating and will work with you on reasonable requests/needs. Gym and showers on campus.

      Cons

      For new hires, standard vacation is only 5 days (accruing at 4 hours / month) for the first year. There are no sick days for the first year. If you are sick, you have to first use 3 days of vacation before sick pay kicks in.
