      Taking time off and continuing education.

      Cons

      The Core values and Mission statement are all over the place and are professed to be used to hold people accountable; however, that is not the case. I've seen it first hand. The culture used to be family oriented but about 5 years ago, a change took place. Now the bottom line is reaching $$ goals. You can be a crappy person/leader but that is overlooked if you are making money for the company. Or you check the boxes. Overhead -- way too much overhead.
