Pros

People centered culture, embrace diversity, many employee benefits. Strong focus on safety, exciting projects.

Cons

COVID, current economic conditions, not all remote partners pull their weight. Struggling to navigate new software upgrades. Getting the “RIGHT PEOPLE” in place that care. Culture slipping slightly due to the evacuation forced by COVID. *I think this is most companies right now.

Cool supervisor Great training Able to meet new people

Cons

Lousy pay they are not competitive with other companies. Barely get a bonus if you even do. President will lie and say you getting one .22cent raise a year which is laughable.
