they preach hiring from within but do not, very high overhead, mark up is too high lose lots of jobs

Help with work, when needed. Also have plenty of supplies (don't have to bring your own tools at times). Great company

Cons

At time to time the superintendent can be....very insulting. But to be completely honest that's nothing to worry about, I literally don't have any cons for this company
