      Pros

      Leaders who care about your growth & development. Family atmosphere. CEO is a true servant leader and culture keeper. Regular feedback on how you are doing so you know what to work on. Open dialogue between employees and management.

      Cons

      Silos across business units can be challenging when trying to accomplish a corporate objective. Some leaders in place do not exhibit servant leadership qualities.

      Pros

      Excellent coworkers created a real family atmosphere. Had a lot of fun while staying productive. Also a very good training and performance review process.

      Cons

      A real struggle to increase your pay commensurate with your contributions. Not saying it cannot be done but you have to fight for it. Do not expect it to just come to you.
