      TDIndustries is a Great Place to Work

      Pros

      TD has been an excellent place of employment. The benefits are good, the people are friendly, and the culture is remarkable. TD lives and breaths Servant Leadership and a desire to be a Great Place to Work. We work very hard and in difficult places like equipment rooms, rooftops and construction sites. The pay is competitive but can always be better. Our retirement is amazing with a large percent of our profit going to every Partner's account.

      TD is a large company that acts like a small company at times.

      Good pay, flexible hrs. I'm sure they have good benefits, and employees seem to want to stay for a long time.

      Cons

      Little trainig, not much learning, management is too busy to follow up on your work. Hard to find someone willing to mentor you. A lot of learning is on your own.
