      If you are looking for a company that REALLY does care. TD is THAT company. TD is not the perfect company but it is really close.

      Cons

      If there is a Con, it would be we move to slow on some things.

      Pros

      Good servant leadership throughout most of the departments. Great benefits and they do supply everyone with good quality IT equipment.

      Cons

      No leadership in the IT department. Lack of processes, procedures and best practices. Branches are not kept in the loop ms king it hard for them to support internal customers.
