Pros

Love the opportunity, learning experience and what this company procedures and expectations are. Really enjoy this job and what comes ahead for moving up.

Cons

Aside my pros the only thing I have to say is that I'm still stuck in the middle? Not a temp or partner hitting 7 month's now and looking for another job cause of it. All I hear and the higher ups is talk and no action so I can't rely or invest so much cause of this.
