Pros
Management was very good and supportive, opportunities for growth.
Cons
The position itself is very stressful and you get yelled at a lot by upset customers. You keeping your job depends on your ability to hit several conflicting metrics for example things like they want you to spend as little time on each call as possible but also provide excellent customer service and fix the problem without them calling back. I would imagine this is standard call center bs and I don't really care for it.
