Pros

Management was very good and supportive, opportunities for growth.

Cons

The position itself is very stressful and you get yelled at a lot by upset customers. You keeping your job depends on your ability to hit several conflicting metrics for example things like they want you to spend as little time on each call as possible but also provide excellent customer service and fix the problem without them calling back. I would imagine this is standard call center bs and I don't really care for it.

Pros

Enjoy my job, coworkers, atmosphere, etc. My team is great, all good people that are easy to work with and very supportive. My boss is great too. I feel challenged and supported in my job which helps me grow and learn. I'm very happy with the benefits package which is better than any previous job I've had. Pay is fair.

Cons

Pay could be better, but the benefits make up for it.

Good pay and time off policy

Cons

Used to be a great place to work, but recent changes in leadership have left much to be desired. From lack of downward communication, obvious favoritism and slanted interview practices meant to give jobs not to the most qualified candidate but whoever the hiring manager likes the best or whoever will be their "yes" man, to pay inequity for some women in leadership roles, TDS has degraded into a place I no longer wanted to share my talent with. They focus all their energy on making managers push out their bottom 10% of employees to gain efficiency but overlook what their top performers are doing in the process.
