      Less compensation when compared to industry standard. Not right place for beginners to stay for long.

      -Not much of Job pressure -Will get enough time to work on your professional skills -Benefits are good except quaterly bonus which is like mystry

      -Salary -As TE operation in India is not much active most of the work are outsourced here i.e backhand so not much of client interactions
