      Most unethical company I have seen in my entire career

      Pros

      Their customers are locked to their products, so short term job safety is there. American and European counterparts are good. Even Bangalore offices are good.

      Cons

      Higher management people themselves dont follow what they tell others. HR people have no idea what is happening in the factory. Engineers act like they are in jail and dont listen to anything we tell. Sales/Marketing act like they are above the rules.

      dynamic. interesting issues. good salary. company has a high profile in the market - it's a good company to have worked for which opens up other opportunities in the industry, or wither other major multinational organisations.

      Cons

      work life balance is a challenge and the environment can be high pressure at times. the work style is a little isolating at times.
