Ran poorly. Wrong people in supervisor positions. Plant Manager inexperienced. Since she had been promoted we lost so much business we had a layoff. Went from having 3 shifts and weekend overtime down to 2 shifts and no overtime.

Health Insurance is too expensive, management is not good with employees, there is no equal career opportunities for all, bad work and life balance, there is a lack of diversity in management and leadership positions. The company's management does not care about employee's personal life, they only care about production. They don't get factory orders right which is caused by poor management and weak leadership. There also isn't enough personnel to get the job done, temporary workers quit because of the negative working environment. which is a chain reaction leading to the delay of completed orders.
