Pros

Great start right out of school or for those trying to get into the beverage industry Training and courses to learn brand portfolios are extensive Great T&E budget to use in the market A lot of team building trips and incentives Easy to transition to "parent" brand company later on

Cons

Company can be disorganized and difficult to work with Pay is non-negotiable no matter what territory you are working (great for someone working in a lower wage state not so much for others) Not all programming works in all states Off-premise tasting manager based in PHX, is very difficult to work with

Pros

Team was great if you are a new person to the industry and need to know the ropes. They will give you guidance and step-by-step instructions on how to execute your job. They had mandatory continuous educational summits every year for Key Account Managers (KAMs). Extremely structured and great for new comers

Cons

I was with team for 4 years as was most of the my coworkers on the West Coast. The summits and the training did not push us to better our careers. Before we were all laid off, we were at the point in which we did not find value in the training. Everything was extremely micromanaged and we spent more time doing administration than being in our accounts. On the country overall, there was a lot of turnover and new people. The West Coast team was a bit of an anomaly. There wasn't room to grow up into TEAM.

Pros

You make great money and great hours for a part time job. You can tell them what days you are available which is very nice.

Cons

If you work shifts it is better to do them all in a row because you have to pass supplies off to other employees. This happens while you are off the clock, you have to find a convenient meeting place/time that works for both parties which can be tough.
