Pros

Worked remotely. My manager was encouraging, kind, and knew what she was doing. Not all managers were like this according to my colleagues. Paid cell phone, company credit card for TE etc. Overall pretty organized.

Cons

Not enough on-site training. They don't seem to care much about culture and values. Not enough on-site training and review. I had a leg up from working as an Assistant Manager in my market for a year before I took my role, but I wouldn't have known how to improve without my old manager hanging around in my region to help me.

A new position removed after only 6 months. So much for 'job security'. I have since decided to go back to school.

Pros

Pay and benefits were good.

Cons

I worked in a new program and they didn't know what they wanted from us, so the goals kept changing and adding on to previous goals, until you felt scattered and chaotic. Also, the paperwork seemed endless, to the point that it made it difficult to do well at your other ever-changing goals. I know it was the client who was largely responsible for this, not Team.

I love the Team Managers in our area. Very friendly and down to earth, always available via email/ text/ phone call.

Cons

Could use a little more paid team trainings to help me feel like a "professional"
