      Good clients, good training, can be a gateway to work with client in high level positions

      Contract based positions, poor communication, HR was disappointing and constantly getting things confused

      Pros

      You will not be micro-managed and will have a flexible schedule. You will have the opportunity to work with some really great brands. Met good contacts in the industry and was able to maintain those relationships.

      Cons

      Lack of organization, communication, guidance and training.Definitely needs some restructuring and the internal websites are frustratingly outdated which results in a lot of unnecessary work. Not a lot of ability for growth or to learn from your superiors. Expect to teach yourself. High turnover rate.
