So you get hired in at minimum wage and are expected to sell sell sell to make all your money in commission. Didn't hit your monthly targets? Minimum wage is all you get for a position you'd make double hourly anywhere else. You'll get paid more selling an otterbox than you will any smartphone. Avg smartphone commission is $3. This company just closed it's weakest store because they couldn't keep it staffed. They're cutting costs wherever they can and many stores are underperforming. A company which was quickly growing at one time is now shrinking.
