      Pros

      They carry probably the best cellular provider in Verizon Wireless. Beyond that absolutely nothing.

      Cons

      Upper Management is extremely shady and fire people with no second thought or for no reason. They have robbed people of final paychecks and fudged W-2' s that don't show correct earnings for employees.

      Decent benefits for their employees. That's about all, I honestly can not say anything else good about this company.

      Cons

      Pay structure for lower employees sucks, you make very little commission on the actual phone, management was useless and spineless.

      Pros

      Very flexible with scheduling. All around fun people to work with. Upper management was never around your store so there was never a lot of strict supervision. Get the job done and you will be find. Decent pay if you hit your quotas. Advancement is possible.

      Cons

      Terrible training for managers...as in..there is no training. Fend for yourself and hope you make it. Although pay was ok, salary is terrible for managers with having to be on call 24/7. Clicky upper management and you know who gets extra favors within the company. Really bad turnover rate.
