      Our leaders spend time mentoring and imparting insightful knowledge. It's similar to having individualized career counselors that actually care about our advancement in our careers.

      It might be challenging to find time for one-on-one meetings because schedules can be hectic.

      How you success is what you are willing to put into it. Everyone is like family here. Management cares about home life. And tries to help whenever you need.

      Pros

      I love that I was able to advance as quickly as I did. I was able to move up to ASM in 6 months of working here due to my manager putting her faith in me. I could not be more thankful for the opportunity she and the others in management were able to give me.

      Cons

      The comp scale is broken. Ever since July of last year, it seems as though I am not making near as much money as I was before. I was making almost $4,500 a month before the change. Now, I am lucky to get to $3,000 a month. I don't know what happened, but I am not happy about it. We have so many things we have to sell and it is making it even harder to make money. I understand that Verizon has certain target they need to hit and that we have to adhere to what they want. However, if it means taking money away from the people who work for them, it doesn't seem fair.
