Working with different people every day, getting to meet new people, manager cares about his people that work for him, can make decent money when the season is right, one of the best places I have worked

The people and the environment are the best part. Team Wireless is the best company I have ever worked for. Excellent work-life balance with top notch benefits.

Cons

I think Team Wireless goes above and beyond to consistently invest in their employees. Maybe offering more opportunities for skill enhancement and career advancement would lead to improved performance.

Pros

The normal communication and the management. The communication makes everything except for business easy to process, understand, and get resolved. The management makes the job more rewarding than just money compensation, it motivates to go above and beyond.

Cons

Maybe a better standard for business communications, or maybe an internal ticket system for help getting issues resolved. With how easy the chain of command/resolving consumer issues can be, it really stands out.
