      Seems like a forward thinking Media Company trying to navigate an ever changing landscape. Has gotten better since the Gannett/Tegna split

      Cons

      Health Benefits are terrible. Thanks a lot Obama.

      Pros

      Tegna provides limitless opportunities for recent college graduates or individuals new to the business. The company strives to build a media empire using Multimedia Journalists. This will provide you with the ability to participate in a multitude of jobs.

      Cons

      Tegna is not a company that values it's employees long term. They specialize in hiring young an inexperienced employees when it comes to broadcast. Out of all of the media companies Tegna is the least competitive. Their pay scale is at the bottom. The pay is better in higher markets but they trail the other stations. Tegna is the broadcast company that split from Gannett. They are still trying to figure out where their place is in the media landscape.
