      Pros

      I've been a TEGNA for a short time, but have found this to be a very collaborative, friendly, and exciting place to work. In all projects, big or small, the employees here collaborate and help each other. All of the people I've meet have been very welcoming and helpful, which is especially important for a new employee who is still trying to learn the business.

      I haven't found any yet, but will let you know if I do.

      Pros

      Great people -- professional, passionate, and caring. The management recognizes business needs and are responsive to them.

      Cons

      Entrenched management leads to few advancement opportunities. Pay is rather below average, but the workload is heavy due to limited resources.
