Pros
1. A healthy environment. 2. Management always ready to help. Even beyond the office hours. You just need to tell them your problem, and they are truly willing to help you. In some or the other way they will find a solution which will eventually benefit you. 3. Regular communication with the employees. This is a company which takes care of its employees to the maximum. At least once in a month, they will connect with the employees and try to find if there are any problems. 4. Really good hike. Obviously depending on the performance of the employee. The best hike can go upto 15% 5. If the company where the employee is deployed, wants to converts him/her, TekSystems provide full support in conversion. 6. Team of recruiters is very energetic and cheerful. They are always polite and lively in interacting with the employees. 7. Overall a friendly environment which allows employees to perform their best.
Cons
There some cons too. 1. Leaves are credited on monthly basis. Even though they are sufficient, they are not given at one go, rather credited on monthly basis. 2. Medical benefits can be more. They are not too good. 3. There are no/less outdoor activities. 4. CSR activities are also not there. 5. No of parties are less.
