      Pros

      Great company to learn the ropes if you want to get into sales. They teach great habits that will make you successful in other roles outside of the organziation.

      Cons

      They micro-manage you very hard and they preach "culture" when it's really an environment that hurts many young peoples confidence. Look at the majority of the pictures they post and you can tell that diversity is something they talk about but it is not reflected in their hiring practices and especially in their leadership ranks. Definitely a great place to build your resume as a young aspiring sales professional but definitely not a place you want to work as a seasoned professional.

      The people were good and colleagues were nice and supportive, opportunity for advancement

      Cons

      Training is an over complicated mess and they will HOUND you if they think you aren't taking it seriously. Had to have TWO meetings post training asking me to explain why my eyes weren't glued to my screen the entire time, even though I would get every question on every scenario correct. 95% of the things I learned never applied in any live calls I ever had, yet their "data" trumps any feedback you might have and they will get upset if you ever express any doubt about their processes The guy who trained us had a TEKSystems tattoo and was hard to take very seriously after that. That guy seriously sucked, took all of the fun out of training They will ask you to dance in front of hundreds of other people and won't take no for an answer when you first place someone I called in sick twice and they asked me to prove I wasn't interviewing elsewhere Pay starts incredibly low, was hard to pay the bills until the 13 week mark VERY little diversity

      - Ability to cut my teeth as a recruiter; sets you up for success in other talent acquisition paths - Solid crash course training, especially for in-demand tech jobs

      Cons

      - Toxic "work hard, play hard culture" and "if you're leaving at 5 pm, you're not working hard enough" - Put in extra hours doing busy-work/nothing to avoid negative reactions and make ends meet - Unsustainable work life balance - pizza part/happy hour culture to mitigate poor pay
