The RCM side of TELCOR is very well structured

Cons

The RCS side of TELCOR is ran poorly from the leadership. They promote poor leadership and behavior. The team that manages the claims is poor and loses a lot of money. Concerns are pushed off as the customers fault when in reality it is the TELCOR teams fault. High concerns have been taken to the COO and sales leadership with no action. Pulled business from them.

The staff is great when you first start, Pay is above average

Its not about what you know, but who you know in this company. I heard from many employees and managers say " TELCOR promotes bad behavior" Its a very toxic work environment. Friends of management get promoted and gets way more time off. They say its unlimited vacation, but they deny vacation requests a lot and taking vacation is frowned upon there.
