Pros

it is a casual dress work enviornment

Cons

Ego's are high in this company. Very negative workplace. Watch your back at ALL times.....big brother has spys everywhere! If you enjoy a backstabbing, tattle-tale, toxic enviornment you will be right at home. Cliquesh-family drama place where management loves to keep the gossip going. If you were not born into this company you will not stay and they will feel no loyalty to you. I have seen a lot of talented, good people let go for frivilous, petty lies. Its a crappy place to work. If you are looking for a grown up team job.......you will not find it here. You will not be valued in this place.

Pros

It's a great place to work to build your knowledge base and resume in IT/Healthcare so you can get a better job with a better company. The executive team takes two extended vacations a year to Hawaii, all the employees really look forward to that.

Cons

The executive team = BIG EGOS You need to be a family member or a buddy of someone within the company, if not, you are treated like a second class citizen. There's an unbelieveable amount of favortism toward certain employees, again, family members or buddys. The HR director doesn't know the definition of confidentiality, he shares information with the other employees.
