I love my job! I actually enjoy coming to work every day! TELCOR has been an amazing experience for me, and I am finally in a company where I feel I belong. The team of associates I work with are extremely competent and hard working. I enjoy the atmosphere we have created, and the camaraderie we have developed. I am fortunate to have upper management acknowledge my talents, and was allowed to move from one department to another which has given me greater job satisfaction and has hopefully increased my overall benefit to the organization. I feel comfortable if I need to present an issue or recommendation to executive management, and I believe they value my input, ideas, and suggestions. I appreciate and work for a wonderful manager, which makes all the difference. I love interacting with our customers, and always try to represent the company well. I feel our team especially is improving the overall delivery of services which makes me very proud of the work we do. I am always trying to elevate my performance to enhance the company and customer satisfaction. Our executive management team makes employee wellness a priority, and I especially love our on-site bi-weekly Yoga sessions. It’s not only a great workout, but it provides a fun interaction with associates throughout the entire organization. It pleases me to work with such a professional group of dedicated employees. I have enjoyed watching the company grow, and I feel fortunate to be a part of it. The employees and executive management team have done an excellent job growing the company -- I can’t wait to see what the future holds!

I really enjoy the team focus of the company. Different departments work together to improve the product. Management welcomes ideas from all levels of employees. Employees are appreciated for quality work and are compensated well. The open office environment encourages communication with senior management. I feel free to voice opinions/concerns to senior management and know that they will always be given consideration. Senior management strives to inform employees of product direction and company goals regularly. The work is challenging and fast paced. I am encouraged to continuously learn, expand my skills and try new things. There is a casual environment and flexible work schedules. Management encourages work-life balance and the wellness program supports this goal. The human resource staff is available to assist with any conflicts that arise and works toward a mutually acceptable resolution.
