I wasn't sent a worksheet for the end of February, March, April finally was sent one at the beginning of May. Even though I asked for them repeatedly. I haven't been paid for the end of February nor April. I was March & I will be May, but i am still waiting on April & no one will say anything about February even though I have asked. They have changed to paying by task & hasn't given a clear answer on how this will be calculated. They will resolve issue tickets without ever contacting me about them. I will just receive an email saying it was successfully resolved. Which means I have to open a new ticket. They are not going to my junk mail either.

The training isn't great. You read a huge document for your guidelines, which have a fair amount of ambiguity. The examples used are often not relevant to the pages that you actually rate. The guidelines seemed to be applied inconsistently and the sores for accuracy were subjective based on the what higher up employees thought was the correct answer.
