decent pay, office job, there are some passive aggressive tenured people there but some decent people work there too
Cons
If you move up they drown you with work that isn’t worth the raise. They also change work structure often Manager also are very strict WITH EVERYTHING doesn’t matter how small or even if something could not have been avoided they act as if they know everything because of their kpi tracking tools but they break and systems break often - so it sets un realistic expectations for team members that I had to communicate but no one listened or seemed to care
