      Limited career growth opportunities. Many team members are quietly exploring roles elsewhere due to lack of recognition and development support. Team culture is weak, with little to no emphasis on celebrating individual contributions or fostering a sense of belonging.

      The interview process was smooth and completed very timely. Chantel kept in contact with me weekly with questions, updates or next steps. I felt very informed throughout the hiring process. I work with an amazing team and my leader is very communicative and insightful. The company has a significant focus on respectful and supportive work environments. The expanded teams I work with are knowledgeable and very engaged.
