Decent pay and good benefits

Cons

Upper management just has no idea what they are doing. They will cut runs on short notice and have you just work the dock. Road drivers make their money per mile and get low hourly rates. When working on the dock you get your hourly pay.

Pay is ok, once you get to a certain amount of time the 2 weeks vacation is ok, benefits are good.

Cons

Lacking appropriate amount of supervisors to fill ever spot, pay is not enough for 10+ hours required to work, building is in shambles, equipment is lacking for drivers, supervisors are pretty much daycare workers taking care of toddlers (drivers) throughout the workday.
