      Fair pay for the work you do.

      Cons

      Little to no transparency. Everyday is a change up whether it’s in management or job responsibility and duties. I don’t like being told I’m doing one thing for the rest of the month then the next day it’s a total different situation. The dock is slow so waiting to get loading eats into your home on the back end and that’s a no go.

      Liars Management still has the broken UPS Freight mentality If you’re not driving a truck, you’re a waste of money Zero empathy for employees Over worked and underpaid even as union employees The anti-harassment form they have you sign is a joke
