      The company does have great benefits for full-time and part-time employees. Fair pay rates as well.

      Cons

      Not enough coverage in management. Not enough training. This all trickles down to bad service.

      You are just a number, they lay off a lot, cut routes, constantly try to write drivers up, no help on the routes bc they leave drivers home, same management from ups and they are ru Ning it into the ground yet again.
