      Pros

      Most of the teams are friendly. Great place to enter the industry with people happy to share knowledge. Great opportunity to travel.

      Cons

      Processes are created but not followed. Ownership and responsibilities become blurred with the different entities and roles. Change only seems to be accepted if started from Austrian Integration hub.
