Very top down driven. Allows very little independent thought. Organization is slow to respond and typically is brought into deals late in the process. Engineering team is not skilled at applying the solution. Not sales driven and is directed by european corporate office

Pros

Given the nature of this position (100% onsite) TGW gives the best change to have a personal life out of work, allowing onsite managers to go back home every weekend.

Cons

Workload fluctuates a lot, having stages when this role is extremely important for the execution of the project, to other when you have to be present onsite just for health and safety reasons, or "just in case " situations. Also you will face uncertainty regarding which is your next destination.
