The responsibility that you get as a junior level employee, along with support and guidance from more senior colleagues, provides you the opportunity to grow exponentially. Multi-disciplinary and talented team that can tackle seemingly any challenge. They really place the customer and or end user first and advocate for them with a depth of rigor that I have never experienced anywhere else.
