Pros

Executive Team - the executive team at this company truly cares about their employees! So much so they are willing to make sacrifices and feel the effects of an economic downturn before their employees do. Work Life Balance - I have been working nearly a year with this company and have experienced more work life balance than at any other point in my career. I feel my personal stress levels have improved dramatically since moving from my prior company to Thrive. I love working here and am deeply thankful! Trust and Autonomy - As a senior-level member of staff, there is a reasonable expectation that I will and do get my work done. I should be and am trusted to be a reliable and contributing member of my team and organization. As such, I never been questioned as to what I am doing in the day-to-day activities of the company. The result of my work speaks for itself, and the executive team is pleased with these results and adequately praises me for it!

Cons

I have no real complaints. Like all companies, there are things that I do not like, but there is no perfect job or company. If someone can find that, please feel free to drop and line letting me know where you found the perfect job environment. Bet you can't. I feel fortunate where I am and will likely spend the remainder of my career here, unless management is not pleased with me.

Pros

I have never been so well looked after as I have at Thrive. It has a great family feel with an incredible bunch of people to work with. Lots of fun as a team, TGIF's, trips etc. I still have friends there. It's not for everyone though. Standards are high and it has a very strong culture. If you do not have a growth mindset it can be tough, it truly is an A-team kinda place.

Cons

The company takes on projects that are highly strategic and that means highly ambiguous which often means a lot of wheel spinning to get to the right place, but it's incredibly rewarding work with a killer client roster. Great place to grow.
