      Pros

      Everyone on the team carries their own weight but are willing to reach out and help you (very good team mentality), the offices maintain a healthy level of professionalism and fun in the workplace, management is easily reachable and involved with employees of all levels instead of being removed and difficult to communicate with, the company is willing to let you explore working in multiple areas to continue to grow your professional career, high level of flexibility in planning your work day, has incorporated monthly trainings that are helpful and relevant to employees

      Cons

      The company provides a lot of freedom so if you're not self driven you can quickly lose focus, if your position expands into new areas understanding your role's exact responsibilities and expectations can be difficult

      It's a job, not so much a career

      Pros

      Team members are great people and fun to work with. Below management levels most office employees seems to have good work/life balance. Team members in the field have a much hard schedule and that balance is not as easy to come by.

      Cons

      Management means well but doesn't consider the perspective from the people who do the grunt work. They have processes for most roles but they're rarely enforced/followed. There's only so far you seem to be able to climb in this company before hitting ceilings or needing to change positions completely to move forward. This gives it a feeling that it's a job and not a place where the majority can find a career.

      Managers with Egos

      Pros

      Their HR department attempts to bring structure to this renegade construction company...to no avail.

      Cons

      Managers with egos that need stroking. No room for career advancement if you are an experienced professional. Manager will quickly disregard your expertise in order to keep their position in tact.
