Pros

Easy, fun job. Co-workers become your best friends. Customers are usually really nice. I love my regulars!

Cons

Managers at my location can be temperamental Not easy to get full-time position/hours. Super hot in the store during summer, so you feel like you are working in a sauna.

Pros

Financially strong secure company creating secure employment. Very tolerant with staff. Good starting pay

Cons

Slow to promote talented staff. Long term associates seem to be overlooked when it comes to recent increases in pay. New hires come in at $9 per hour but this brings them very close to the same pay for long term more experienced staff
