Pros

Strives towards operational excellence and constant improvement of customer service Strong focus on merchandise presentation

Cons

I doubt it's the same throughout the company but my geographical zone and Region took politics to a whole new level I've never seen. Favoritism, protection from open door repercussions, incompetent supervisors, preached a culture that didn't exist.

Pros

Good position to gain some management experience. Variety of worknowledge duties.

Cons

Expected to do way to much for what you get paid. And managing a bunch of teens who don't really care about their job.
