Pros

TKo prides themselves in the ability to promote within and creates a culture of growth and opportunity for their employees. Having started in an entry level position, there has been ample opportunities for me to learn from mentors within the company to continue to grow my skills and knowledge. I am very happy to work within a company that truly does show interest and care for their employees.

Pros

TKo is a great company to work for. If you are a motivated employee with a strong work ethic there are tons of opportunities for growth and advancement.

Cons

There are really not many cons, other than the fact that a career in Hospitality is not for everyone. You have to be comfortable with being a team player and often wearing multiple hats—just the nature of the game in this business.
