There is a nice view of the bay.
Cons
Every day is a new series of incompetence. From a GM that is inexperienced, to owners that contradict themselves in the same sentence it’s an awful place. There are no standards in place and the staff is constantly given contradictory messages. Training is non existent, and there is never any positivity from senior leadership. It is hard to actually manage here when also being expected to be in the operation with little to no support from the GM or Owner.
