Pros

It’s a good starter job if you want to expand your career in hospitality. I guess

Cons

This company makes well over enough to over maternity/paternity leave. Does not care about employees like the claim they do. Hires outside the company instead of within when it comes to management. The like to bunch a ton of departments into one making it very difficult to focus on what you got hired for.

love the family atmosphere and that they care about their employees

Cons

the mandatory 6 days a week during the season (for management) is a lot. there were days we would arrive by 8 am and not leave until after 8 pm - but then again it's understood just takes its toll on you

Very family-oriented company who cares a lot about their employees. They're always developing their employees and they love to promote from within before searching for outside recruits.

Cons

The only downside is that as a manager you are required six days a week during the summer. But at the end of the summer season it is totally worth it.
