Pros

Other than a few awesome coworkers, there are no pros whatsoever.

Cons

See above. This place is absolutely awful. I would rather clean a truck stop bathroom that hasn't been touched in a week over working at this hell hole. I've never been so disgusted with a job in my life. The "upper management" doesn't care about the employees. A few words to any of you considering applying here? DON'T DO IT.

Pros

You can only go up from this hell hole.

Cons

Favoritism, sexism, ageism, unsanitary conditions. Company stock- joke; raises- forget it, you won't last that long; health benefits- they have to offer, few can afford; paid time off- vacation and sick leave all in one calculated at .5 days/month after 1 year, you might be able to use if you can see 2 weeks into the future; no paid holidays; pay advertised includes attendance bonus- never be late, sick, or have an emergency. JUST AVOID THIS EMPLOYER.

Pros

Co workers are a pretty nice bunch, who helped me when I needed it most. I have some good friends from my time there.

Cons

Extreme favoritism is rampant. Supervisors get their friends hired. The friends get promoted to "solutions" positions within weeks, then waste time, play on the internet (they have access most others don't) and generally do nothing while the email sales of the less favored workers are filtered off and sent to the super's friends. The friends then make thousands of dollars in sales everyday while hardly making a single call. They read and wander around chatting with their friends, while the rest of us are driven and harassed to make huge numbers of calls everyday to make up for the idle. Extreme attendance policy: one minute late and you lose $100 that week-or even your job like I did. You are fired (if you're not one of the favored) for three missed days over a three month period-no matter what the cause. Very insecure place to work. Promotion is on the basis of who parties with whom. Loud, and incredibly inappropriate conversations (example:"I'd like to beat her over the head with a bottle until it breaks and then shove the broken end in her mouth") are rampant.
