Pros

Some of the Team members (not management) were great to work with. Other than that not much to really speak of.

Cons

Middle and senior management are HORRIBLE. This company really needs to send in management from outside the area so as to DISCOURAGE promoting friends and significant others, which as we all know is ILLEGAL and fosters a hostile atmosphere. The pay is laughable unless of course you are a friend or significant other to management.

Great rehab team and laidback environment

Cons

Unrealistic productivity standards, Not enough hours, Contracting with facilities that don't have a steady flow of short-term rehab candidates
