Family friendly company with an amazing culture. They truly practice what they preach when it comes to ethics and treating their customers with great care.

I have been an employee with TMC for 6 years, and I am still trying to find a con.

Nice building, nice clients, therapy staff cares about clients and each other

Cons

Productivity unrealistic and encourages fraud, upper management expectations unrealistic, not home work balance because to be productive you need to work off click, staff does not get raises, the amount of time in front of clients isn't fair to them

Thank you so much for your review. As I have said many times before, our Rehab Coordinators are our 'backbone' of the therapy department. We are currently looking at all of our RC rates to make sure that everyone is being compensated fairly.
