Pros

Our company cares about us personally as evidenced by bi-annual bonuses, Dave Ramsey scholarships, 401 K with match, and employee development. Our company cares about the greater good as evidenced by our philanthropy, Together Making Changes. And we care about the customer.... as evidenced by our core values, our mission statement, our specialty programs, clinical resources ..too much to type. I will say that we expect the best and will not settle for less.

Cons

Believe me... I have asked around... I have compared with others... no one else offers what TMC does in regards to personal investment in their employees and staying ahead of industry changes.

Pros

A faith-based company of high moral ethics and strong core values. Very focused on taking care of the patients they serve. Employees are referred to as members of the TMC family, and you truly get the feeling that you do belong to something bigger than yourself. TMC also has an affiliated non-profit charity, Together Making Changes, which has donated hundreds of thousands of dollars to charity in the past few years, all of which was donated by their teams and employees. This is the best company I've ever worked for, and I can't imagine working anywhere else!

Cons

If you are a person who just wants to come to work, see your patients, and go on to your next job, this is not the company for you. This is a company that believes in going above and beyond to create memorable experiences for all customers.
