      Pros

      Excellent teamwork and team based company geared towards providing not only outstanding patient care, but giving back to the community as well.

      Cons

      Full time employee but do not get full time hours. Raises are not an option.

      Physical Therapist (actually in 1998, not 2015); I have been out of PT profession for 5 years

      Large company/geographical area, many specialties and opportunities

      Cons

      92% productivity expected, would be extremely difficult to do esp in SNFs (I worked in acute care); ended my year contract early with little warning
