Staff members are wonderful to work with and very helpful.

Cons

Lots of traveling!! They expected you to travel to other buildings if they were short staffed. I would an hour one way just to get to work when I was hired for a building 20 minutes from my house.

Our company cares about us personally as evidenced by bi-annual bonuses, Dave Ramsey scholarships, 401 K with match, and employee development. Our company cares about the greater good as evidenced by our philanthropy, Together Making Changes. And we care about the customer.... as evidenced by our core values, our mission statement, our specialty programs, clinical resources ..too much to type. I will say that we expect the best and will not settle for less.

Cons

Believe me... I have asked around... I have compared with others... no one else offers what TMC does in regards to personal investment in their employees and staying ahead of industry changes.

-Ethical, Christian company that walks the talk -leadership and professional development opportunities -mentorship to give and receive advice and tips -401k matching -solid infrastructure and support services.

Cons

Some inconsistency at the area manager/rehab director level causes some frustration to staff therapists, but this is resolved usually when upper management is notified.
