      The worst rehab co. I have ever worked for

      Pros

      Good pay and bonuses, great patients, positve experiences with facility staff. Have nothing else positive to say at this time although this is wanting 20 words.

      Cons

      Management is inexperienced and bullies staff. Rather than offering guidance, they will fire someone in an instant. Benefits overpriced. Must find your own prn staff and coverage for any time off.

      Good Company to work for

      Pros

      A good group of people to work with. Everyone is sincerely interested in creating a company that takes better care of its patient’s, customers and employees. Some days we do a better job than others but we are always trying to do better. We are all encouraged to have fun at work and to try to make things better than they were yesterday. They match my 401K. I have seen no change in health benefits over the last 3 years and the cost has not risen. There is an "All In Award" every 6 months and everyone gets the same no matter what. A Rehab Tech would make the same as a Regional.

      Cons

      Dealing with change is probably the most difficult part of the job. It seems that the industry never stops changing and it is challenging to stay on top of everything.

      Pros

      I have been full time with TMC for 5 years and I could not think of working anywhere else! Great company to work with! The owners give back to their employees twice a year with a Large All In award - bonus! How great is that!

      Cons

      I wish the benefits were a little less expensive but I realize that everyone's benefits have increased over the past few years.
