Solid, faith based, patient driven company that is truly invested in their employees well being, development and success. Believes that those types of employees provide the best patient care, make the best employees and typically have a passion for what they do.

Cons

None to speak of. Offer a fair compensation for the job you are asked/trained to do.

Good pay, paid holidays, respectful to employees, mileage & travel time, reasonable productivity expectations, quarterly bonus, PTO

Cons

No raises, mileage & travel time have to be negotiated and agreed upon prior to each assignment, sparse to no access to therapy materials, no sign on bonus, no relocation assistance
